Martial Arts Classes for Kids aged 8-12
At One Mind we run Kids classes from beginner level up to our advanced kids from the age of 8 up to 12 years old. Every week we cover something different such as weapons, self-defence, acrobatics, falling correctly, sparring and so much more. Kids are given the chance to learn about martial arts in a skill-based way. It also inadvertently teaches them other invaluable life skills such as respect, resilience, patience, control and discipline.
When do the Kids Classes Run?
Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays and Fridays 5.30pm to 6.30pm
How much are the Classes?
1 Class per week is £32.99 per month
2 Classes per week £39.99 per month
3 Classes per week is £44.99 per month
Does my Child need any previous experience?
- In short, no. All our classes are designed to suit all fitness/health levels and start with a specifically designed warm up that moves all the joints throughout the body. The purpose of martial arts training is to develop the individual from the current place they are at. It's a marathon, not a sprint and the systematically progressive training should help the child improve at a steady pace.
