Family martial arts classes
Our family martial arts centre in Polbeth teaches the traditional Korean Martial Arts. Everyone is welcome from age 3 up to Adult. Our philosophy is about focusing on the self: self-defence, self-development, self-love, self-control, self-awareness and most importantly self-belief. (PKJN) Master John has studied for over 24 years and is a professional full-time martial artist. His extensive knowledge and understanding of exercise and biomechanics comes from degree level study (BSc Sport Science) and 20 years' experience working in the health and fitness industry.
